Rakhi is an IIT Delhi & IIM Bangalore alumna who built this whole system because she couldn't find schools doing enough to nurture real thinking in children. This isn't about blaming schools - it's a system that keeps producing rote learners, generation after generation.
The turning point came when she watched her son doing the exact same things in his classroom that she had done 30 years ago. She didn't want him to go through a standardised system where children are not thinking enough, not expressing enough, not collaborating enough. In a world of AI, these are the deeply human capacities - human intelligence - that we have to bring back into our children.
